Hi! My name is Tim Harris. I have always had an interest in general health of the mind and body, movement and biomechanics of our bodies.
My journey began with a focus on gymnastics, which eventually transitioned into break dancing and dance in general. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to becoming a certified Personal Trainer that focuses on healthy ageing.
In my book, there should never be reason to be muscularly weak where we can help it. As humans, we are designed to be strong and we are designed to move.
With over ten years of experience as a fitness professional, my primary focus is on healthy ageing through movement and fitness. Having trained and worked in two medical facilities, I know the importance of looking after our bodies as we age.
After working for 5 years in private medical clubs in central London, I moved out of the city and now focus on face to face and online training for all ages. The end goal, to have all my clients no matter what age they are, in the best physical condition they need to be in for their specific lifestyles.
