Cali-HIIT + Dumbbells
Welcome to Calisthenics, HIIT + Dumbbells at Harris Collective. In this class, we use our bodyweight as our form of resistance( hence the Calisthenics :). We will guide you through various techniques, all with easier and harder options depending on the individual. This is high intensity mixed with dumbbells + body weight.
Lower Body Strength and Core
In this class - We focus on lower body strength, only to maximise strength potential. We will also end every session with some core related exercises too. There will be different options of exercises and techniques for who ever is training. This means if you're a veteran of lifting weights or have never touched them before, we've got you covered. All levels welcome.
Upper Body Strength and cardio
Just like Mondays class, we work a specific group of muscles over and over but this time, it’s above the waist. Whilst our legs get us from A to B and are hugely important when it comes to keeping them strong and mobile, our upper bodies also play a huge part in daily function. Expect to gain stronger backs, shoulders, grips, wrists and much more. We will work with body weight, dumbbells and resistance bands where relevant :) Finally, we must not forget our cardio. Not only is this a must for general endurance, fat loss and endorphins... its is ultimately a fantastic way to keep our hearts healthy.
Cores ,Glutes + Triceps
Strengthen your deeper core muscles, as well as keeping your gluteal (bum) powerhouse muscles in great shape. We also work our triceps (back of our arms) to help with your day to day strength and pushing power.
Seated fitness & dumbbells
Explore minimal impact exercises with muscle and bone strengthening movements. Ideal for those who are restricted by certain movements or perhaps have sore joints and cannot squat for example. This class will also suit anyone looking for a different way to work their bodies.

Testimonials
You helped me turn round my life from a terminal diagnosis to someone full of life and all the little joys and naughtiness I bring. I honestly feel young and just starting life all over again again. What a precious gift you have given me!!

A quick note to say I was much relieved to know you will keep going, you have been such a big support to me over the years and especially now with my knee ops recovery . Me and my friends will all be following you!
Jackie, UK
I have hugely valued your classes over the last two years. They have made a great difference to my fitness and to my general physical wellbeing. I have never been a sporty person, and would never have imagined I would enjoy exercise classes – but I have.
